***** Please make sure your child has a blue St. Michael sweatshirt/sweater in their locker. Many mornings our classroom has a chill to it and many kids are cold without their sweatshirt/sweater to wear.
*SAINT PROJECT: The saint project is going well. The poster of their saint is due by Monday, October 27, 2014. About half the class turned in their poster of the saint that is being researched. Their costume is due by Monday, November 3, 2014.
PHS PLAY: THE STUDENTS WILL BE GOING TO THE PHS PLAY ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2014. MY DAUGHTER, A FRESHMAN, HAS A 6 MINUTE DANCE SEGMENT WITH HER THEATER CLASS. SHE SAYS THE PLAY IS REALLY AWESOME!!! THE PLAY IS CALLED “CINDERELLA: HER STORY”.
HALLOWEEN PARTY: THE CLASS WILL BE HAVING A SHORT HALLOWEEN PARTY ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2014 AT 11:00. MY ROOM MOTHER, MRS. LANGFELDT, IS SUPPLYING PIZZA FOR THE CLASS AND SWEET YUMMIES. I WILL BE SUPPLYING WATER/CAPRI SUNS. STUDENTS DO NOT NEED TO ORDER A LUNCH ON FRIDAY.
RED RIBBON WEEK: NEXT WEEK IS RED RIBBON WEEK! I SPOKE TO THE CLASS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF STAYING DRUG/ALCOHOL FREE. WE DECORATED OUR LOCKERS AND WROTE A STORY WHY BEING DRUG/ALCOHOL FREE IS THE WAY TO BE. PLEASE REFER TO THE PAPER THAT WAS SENT HOME AS TO WHAT WE ARE DRESSING IN FOR THE DAY.
