Our school and parish community were blessed to celebrate the beautiful tradition of May Crowning this year, honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary with reverence, joy, and gratitude. The celebration began with a prayerful procession into the church, where students, staff, and families came together in faith to recognize Mary as our May Queen. This year, we were proud to have Jane O'Daniel crowned as May Queen, representing the devotion and spirit of our school community. The procession was made even more special by the many families who generously donated flowers for both the parish and the school, helping to fill the church with beauty and love in honor of Our Blessed Mother.
During Mass, our eighth-grade students played a special role in helping facilitate the creation and presentation of Mary’s bouquets, showing leadership and service as they prepare to conclude their time at St. Michael School. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Stone for preparing the eighth graders, Mrs. Miller for leading the beautiful music, and to all of our Teacher Assistants and parents who gave their time and talents to help create the bouquets at school. We are deeply grateful for everyone who helped make this cherished tradition such a meaningful celebration of faith, community, and love for Mary.

Nuestra comunidad escolar y parroquial tuvo la bendición de celebrar la hermosa tradición de la Coronación de Mayo este año, honrando a la Santísima Virgen María con reverencia, alegría y gratitud. La celebración comenzó con una procesión solemne hacia la iglesia, donde estudiantes, personal y familias se reunieron en fe para reconocer a María como nuestra Reina de Mayo. Este año, tuvimos el honor de que Jane O'Daniel fuera coronada como Reina de Mayo, representando la devoción y el espíritu de nuestra comunidad escolar. La procesión fue aún más especial gracias a las muchas familias que generosamente donaron flores tanto para la parroquia como para la escuela, ayudando a llenar la iglesia de belleza y amor en honor a Nuestra Santísima Madre.
Durante la Misa, nuestros estudiantes de octavo grado tuvieron un papel especial al ayudar en la creación y presentación de los ramos para María, demostrando liderazgo y servicio mientras se preparan para concluir su tiempo en St. Michael School. Extendemos nuestro más sincero agradecimiento al Sr. Stone por preparar a los estudiantes de octavo grado, a la Sra. Cộng đồng giáo xứ và nhà trường của chúng ta đã được chúc phúc khi cùng nhau cử hành truyền thống đẹp đẽ Lễ Tôn Vương Đức Mẹ trong tháng Năm năm nay, để tôn kính Đức Trinh Nữ Maria với lòng thành kính, niềm vui và sự biết ơn. Trong Thánh Lễ, các học sinh lớp Tám đã đảm nhận vai trò đặc biệt khi hỗ trợ chuẩn bị và dâng những bó hoa kính Đức Mẹ, thể hiện tinh thần lãnh đạo và phục vụ khi các em chuẩn bị завершить thời gian học tại St. Michael School. Chúng tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn thầy Stone đã hướng dẫn các học sinh lớp Tám, cô Miller đã phụ trách phần thánh nhạc tuyệt vời, cùng tất cả các trợ giảng và phụ huynh đã dành thời gian và tài năng để giúp làm những bó hoa tại trường.
