Our St. Michael students had the wonderful opportunity to serve our Plymouth community as they helped prepare for the upcoming Blueberry Festival! Students under the guidance of our Vice Principal, Jenny Grindle, rolled up their sleeves and worked together to set up flags, water tanks, and cones throughout the festival grounds, helping make sure everything is ready for a fun and safe weekend for our community. We are proud of the way our students gave their time and energy to serve others, and we invite all of our St. Michael families to visit the St. Michael booth during the Blueberry Festival. Hank the Blueberry will be making an appearance this week also at St. Michael Catholic School! Stop by, say hello, and celebrate with us as we enjoy one of Plymouth’s favorite community traditions!
At St. Michael Catholic School, our mission extends far beyond academics. Opportunities like this allow our students to put their faith into action and demonstrate the Goodness of God not only through what they learn, but through what they do. Nuestros estudiantes de St. Michael tuvieron la maravillosa oportunidad de servir a nuestra comunidad de Plymouth mientras ayudaban a preparar el próximo Festival del Arándano (Blueberry Festival). Bajo la dirección de nuestra subdirectora, Jenny Grindle, los estudiantes se pusieron manos a la obra y trabajaron juntos para colocar banderas, tanques de agua y conos en diferentes áreas del festival, ayudando a garantizar que todo estuviera listo para que nuestra comunidad disfrutara de un fin de semana divertido y seguro. Estamos muy orgullosos de la manera en que nuestros estudiantes ofrecieron su tiempo y energía para servir a los demás. Các em học sinh St. Michael đã có một cơ hội tuyệt vời để phục vụ cộng đồng Plymouth khi cùng nhau giúp chuẩn bị cho Lễ Hội Việt Quất (Blueberry Festival) sắp tới! Dưới sự hướng dẫn của Phó Hiệu Trưởng Jenny Grindle, các em đã cùng nhau làm việc để dựng cờ, đặt các bồn chứa nước và các cọc tiêu trong khu vực lễ hội, góp phần giúp mọi thứ sẵn sàng cho một cuối tuần vui vẻ và an toàn cho cộng đồng. Chúng tôi rất tự hào về tinh thần phục vụ và sự sẵn lòng dành thời gian, công sức của các em để giúp đỡ người khác. Chúng tôi thân mời tất cả các gia đình St. Michael ghé thăm gian hàng của trường tại Lễ Hội Việt Quất. Đặc biệt, Hank the Blueberry cũng sẽ có một chuyến ghé thăm St. Michael Catholic School trong tuần này! Tại St. Michael Catholic School, sứ mạng của chúng tôi vượt xa việc giáo dục học thuật.
